How do you know who gets a C21 Online Credit for inviting a friend, once a friend has purchased?

Your friend may have received more than one invitation to join C21Stores.com. Who gets credit depends upon which email invitation the friend clicked through. Once the friend purchases, the credit is allotted to the referrer of the clicked email. Additionally, it is possible that your friend is already registered with us. We regret that we are unable to credit you if your friend is already a registered user.

Can I spend my C21 Online Credit at a Century 21 Department Store Location?

Your C21 Online Credits are only redeemable online. They may not be applied to a purchase at a Century 21 Department Store.

How much is my C21 Online Credit?

You will receive $25 in C21 Online Credits when a friend you invited places their first order. As more of your friends join and place their first order, your C21 Online Credits accumulate. There is no limit to the amount of C21 Online Credits that you can earn.

Are my C21 Online Credits Transferable?

Unfortunately, your C21 Online Credits are non-transferable. C21 Online Credits are associated with the personal account that you created and tied to that email address. In the event that you update your email address, your credits will then be tied to the new email address. You may only have one account per email address. In the event that you open a new account tied to a different email address C21 Online Credits are not transferable.
