How is shopping online different from shopping in your stores?
C21Stores.com launched in the Spring of 2011 as a Flash sale website. Our new website which launched in October of 2012, allows everyone to shop without an account. For those of you who already have a C21Club account with us, you can use your same log in information to get on to our Designer Events sales. Please note that we have changed the name from "C21 Club" to Designer Events. For those who do Not have a C21 Club or Designer Events account with us, you can quickly sign up for a Designer Events account to begin shopping immediately.
How long will each (C21 Club) Designer Events Sales run?
Designer Events Sales will run for a limited time, generally 72 hours. We will publish the start time of each Designer Events sale on the website. We will also send you reminder emails to ensure you have the opportunity to shop. You can decide how often you would like to receive emails – either daily or weekly.
How can I buy an item that I saw online, but is no longer on your website?
If an item is no longer viewable online, it has sold out. This means that the item is out of stock. Unfortunately it is no longer available for purchase.
If you saw an item in a Designer Events sale and the sale has ended, you can check the Always On section in Designer Events as it may still be available for sale there.
If an item is sold out, will it become available again?
We do not know what merchandise we will be able to offer in the future. The merchandise that is selected by our buyers is only available in limited supply, and we receive new arrivals daily. There are certain items that are only available in limited sizes or colors. That is the fun of shopping a discount department store, you never know what you are going to find. New items will be added online daily, and others will sell out.
Do you take back orders?
C21Stores.com does not take back orders. We only sell items that are currently in stock.
