How do I sign up for the Century 21 Department Stores VIP Loyalty program?

You can sign up on our website when you create an account or if you have an account you can then go in and sign up for a loyalty account number. To sign up now click here

You can also sign up in any of our Century 21 Department Stores. There are kiosks located throughout each store. Take a couple of moments to sign up and begin earning rewards immediately.

What is the cost to join the Century 21 Department Stores VIP Loyalty program?

None, membership is Free!

Can I sign up online?

Yes, you can sign up when you create an online account with us or if you already have an account you can sign up to become a loyalty member. To sign up now click here

If it is not convenient for you to sign up in one of our stores, you may call us weekdays between 9am – 5pm EST and we can enroll you in the Century 21 Department Stores Loyalty program. 877-350-2121. We will take your details, assign you a Loyalty Number and mail your card to you.

How does your Loyalty Program work?

Earn 1 point for every $1 spent. For every 1,000 points earned, you will earn 2% back in Loyalty Dollars.

What are the benefits of joining the Century 21 Department Stores VIP Loyalty program?

When you join you will automatically receive 100 bonus points and become a Silver Member. Earn 2% back in Loyalty Dollars. Hit 1,000 points and you are a Gold Member, and you are now eligible for the VIP Checkout Line. Hit 5,000 points and you are a Platinum Member, and now eligible to earn 3% back on Loyalty Dollars.

Do I get credit for online purchases?

Yes your online purchases are eligible for Loyalty Points. Please make sure you enter the same email address and zip code from your Loyalty Number during the online Account Registration Process and your loyalty points will automatically be included in your online account.

Can I redeem my Loyalty Reward online?

Yes you can redeem Loyalty Rewards online. You can keep track of your loyalty points and rewards in your online account and can use your rewards points to pay for your online purchases.

How do I check my Loyalty Points?

You can check your loyalty points online by logging into your account or you can email us at VIPLoyalty@C21Stores.com or call us weekdays between 9am – 5pm EST at 877-350-2121. If you email us please make sure you include your VIP Loyalty Number.

How can I get credit for purchases where I did not have / forgot to present / or the cashier forgot to request my card?

If you need us to apply points towards your VIP Loyalty account please email us at VIPLoyalty@C21Stores.com or call us weekdays between 9am & 5pm EST at 877-350-2121. Please make sure you email us your Loyalty Account number, the transaction number, store number, register number, date of purchase, and the amount as we need to first verify the transaction and we are then able to apply the points earned as long as the transaction is from a receipt purchase after you signed up for our VIP loyalty program or as a guest accommodations no older than 24 hours prior to our original sign up date.

What are the Terms and Conditions for the VIP Loyalty Program?

The C21 VIP Loyalty Card Program is designed to reward frequent guests of Century 21 Department Stores with VIP Loyalty Points that can be used toward future purchases. VIP Loyalty Points are based on guest purchase activity. Enrollants are initially designated as SILVER status.  Members attain GOLD status upon reaching 1,000 points.  Members attain PLATINUM status upon reaching 5,000 points.  For every 1,000 points accumulated, guests will earn $20 in VIP Loyalty Dollars. Platinum members will begin earning $30 in VIP Loyalty Dollars in the next reward cycle after reaching the platinum level. Purchases of Century 21 Gift Cards, shipping, handling, and taxes do not earn VIP Loyalty Points. VIP Loyalty Points will not be accumulated if you use a merchandise credit to complete a purchase or on the portion of a purchase made with VIP loyalty Dollars. Returns on purchases will be decremented against accumulated VIP loyalty Dollars.

Register the loyalty card by entering member information at Create an account. You will receive 100 Bonus Points for signing up. Bonus points are added to your account after 30 days and are redeemable once a total of 1,000 points are accumulated. If the card has not been registered or if no purchases are made within 30 days of issuance, VIP Loyalty account will be canceled.

Present your C21 VIP Loyalty Card prior to each purchase to receive VIP LOYALTY POINTS. VIP LOYALTY POINTS become available 30 days after the purchase date. If you have not made a purchase at Century 21 Department Stores with your C21 VIP LOYALTY CARD in 18 months you will lose your C21 VIP LOYALTY privileges. VIP LOYALTY DOLLARS expire 60 days after the date granted. VIP LOYALTY DOLLARS may not be applied towards prior purchases. VIP LOYALTY DOLLARS are not redeemable for cash and no change will be given. VIP LOYALTY POINTS and VIP LOYALTY DOLLARS are non-transferable and do not have any cash value.

VIP LOYALTY DOLLARS can only be redeemed by the registered guest for the C21 VIP Loyalty Card program. An email will be sent to the guest informing them that they have LOYALTY DOLLARS to redeem online or in one of the C21 stores. The rewards will be valid for 60 days.

The Terms and Conditions of the C21 VIP Loyalty Card program are subject to change at Century 21 Department Stores sole discretion at any time and without notice. Team members of Century 21 are not eligible to participate in the C21 VIP Loyalty Card program. The C21 VIP LOYALTY Card must be presented at the register to qualify for card benefits, Century 21 will make reasonable efforts to count all qualifying purchases toward the program, but we are not responsible for any technical errors that may occur. 

What is C21Status?

C21Status is Century 21 Department Store’s new re-branded Rewards Program launching in our Downtown, NY location. Guests can enroll in this program in our Downtown store at checkout or via the C21 App. There is no change to the program for existing V.I.P. Enrollees.

What is the C21 App and Mystery Offer Promotion?

The C21 App allows guests in our Downtown store to enroll into C21Status, our new Rewards Program. Guests who enroll in C21Status via the App will have the opportunity to receive a Mystery Offer upon successful download of the app and enrollment into C21Status. App offers are valid in-store for the first 100,000 guests who download App and are enrolled in C21Status (C21 Loyalty Rewards Program). Not valid online at C21stores.com. While supplies last. Must be an existing C21 loyalty member or sign up for C21Status rewards program, via C21 App, in order to redeem mystery offer. One offer per guest within 72 hours. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Specific rules may apply to individual offers. Previous purchases and gift cards are excluded. C21 Team Members are not eligible.
