How do I return merchandise bought from C21Stores.com?
Circle the item that you wish to return on the Packing List. Select and enter a reason code. Please pack your item(s) in a secure carton. We suggest you make a copy of both sides of the packing slip for your records. Century 21 uses SmartLabel® to make your return process easy. The front of your packing list includes a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label. Affix the SmartLabel® from the packing list onto your return package. No postage is required. Bring your package to any authorized USPS facility. The cost of Smartlabel ® is $7.95 and will be deducted from your refund or credit. In the event of an even exchange the cost will be charged to the credit card on file.
Do I have to use SmartLabel?
You can also return items to us using any traceable method you wish. Please be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Mail the package to C21Stores.com Distribution Center, 700 Secaucus Road, Secaucus, NJ 07094. Once we receive your package, we’ll promptly refund items as you instruct. We’re sorry but we cannot accept COD returns.
Can I return items in person to the eCommerce Distribution Center in Secaucus, NJ?
We are unable to accept returns presented in person. Returns must be mailed to our eCommerce Distribution Center.
What is your in store return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days with the original register receipt, price tag attached and merchandise in original selling condition (i.e. not worn and in original packaging). We do reserve the right to require photo ID for returns, and to limit returns due to certain circumstances, including unusual frequency, excessive dollar amounts, and/or returns in multiple stores. Returns are not accepted after 30 days. Open packages of socks, tights, pantyhose, and underwear; bathing suits without sanitary liners; merchandise that is used or worn; christening sets purchased more than one day earlier; and merchandise that is sold as Final Sale cannot be returned for any reason.
What is the C21Stores.com return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund. We will not process returns postmarked 30 days after the ship date. Items must be in their original purchase condition including the original product packaging, have all original tags attached, along with the original packing list and will not be accepted if they have been worn, altered, washed or damaged.
Can I return merchandise that I bought on C21Stores.com to a Century 21 Department Store location?
Yes, C21Stores.com returns can be presented at our store’s Guest Service Departments for your convenience. We will not process returns received in store 30 days after the ship date printed on the Packing List. You must present the original Packing List at the time of return.
Can I return merchandise that I bought at a Century 21 Department Store to C21Stores.com?
No. Please do not send merchandise purchased at a Century 21 Department Store to our eCommerce Distribution Center in Secaucus, NJ. The eCommerce Distribution Center cannot process returns of merchandise purchased at a Century 21 Department store. If you are unable to present a return in person at a store, please mail the merchandise and the original receipt, via a trackable shipping method to the store where you purchased the items. Please keep a copy of the receipt for your records.
Can I make a return if I lost my original packing slip?
Yes, but only to our eCommerce Distribution Center. Stores are unable to process returns from C21Stores.com without the original packing slip.
How do I track the status of my return?
You may track your Return by logging in to your account, clicking on My Accounts, then My Orders to review the status of your orders. You will receive an email informing you that your return has been processed.
How will you refund me?
If you paid with a credit card, we will refund the same credit card the amount due. For PayPal orders, we will refund the amount due to PayPal if you mail back your order, or we will generate a Century 21 Gift Card for returns processed in a store. For gift card orders, we will refund the amount due to a new Gift Card and mail the new Century 21 Gift Card to you if you mail back your order, or we will generate a new Century 21 Gift Card for returns processed in a store.
What happens to C21 Online Credits if I make a return?
If you mail back item(s) to our eCommerce Distribution Center, we will process the return and the C21 Online Credits will be put back on your account. If you present the item(s) in a store we will refund the appropriate amount due to the original paymethod, however you loose any C21 Online Credits. We will not refund C21 Online Credits to your online account for items that are returned in store.
How long will it take to process my return?
Refunds are typically received within 2 weeks from the time that you mail them. Once we receive your return in our Distribution Center, please allow 2 business days for it to process.
How long will it take for my credit card to post to my account?
A credit will post to your credit card account approximately two business days after the date we process your return, however, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly billing statement.
How do I track a pre-paid return?
Click the link below and enter the 13 character order number found on the upper left hand corner of your packing slip. From the date you mail your return, please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to become available, and 2-3 weeks for your return to be processed & credited. If you no longer have the order number from your packing slip, and would like to track your return contact us for assistance
