The focus of our Planning team is to make sure we have the right merchandise, in the right location, at the right time. These talented C21ers drive sales by using technology to effectively analyze sales performance and inventory levels, maximizing what works in each of our unique stores and online at Working hand-in-hand with our merchants, the Planning team plays a critical role in helping Century 21 deliver our great merchandise at incredible prices to the guests who crave it! ECOMMERCE is our fastest growing division. The Ecommerce team understands the importance of the online guest experience. They drive guest traffic to our site by highlighting top designers and cleverly showcasing the quality and value of C21 merchandise. Our team of Ecommerce site merchants, web producers and creative executives help define trends for our guests, present all merchandise in a visually appealing way and strive to continuously improve our online offerings.



Help us get the word out as part of the Century 21 Marketing team, with opportunities in digital marketing, advertising, CRM and more. This dynamic team is at the forefront of guest engagement, creating personalized communications, using data to predict trends, and partnering across our organization with effective marketing strategies. We also recognize the importance of a strong social media presence, as well as traditional media investments, in ensuring Century 21 Stores is top of mind when savvy shoppers are searching for amazing brands at incredible prices.



Our Creative team designs and shoots innovative and impactful messaging to build brand awareness and drive sales. They create daily emails and website updates for, as well as design seasonal advertising campaigns across store, print, outdoor and digital advertising. Stylists, photographers, copywriters, retouchers and project managers are among the many members of the team working together as one to connect with our guests in a visually appealing way.

Logistics is the lifeline of our company and the driving force of our supply chain. This talented team takes pride in making sure our Stores are well supplied with the highest quality products for our guests. Our four Distribution Centers are filled with tracks, racks, boxes and most importantly, energetic and determined C21ers committed to delivering value and the goods…every single day.



Finance balances the books through intelligent budgeting, accounting and forecasting and works closely with each business area to get the best bang for our buck. We like it in NJ and think that you will, too. In addition to our NY corporate offices, we have corporate employees across our four warehouses in Secaucus, NJ. Our ecommerce, marketing and creative teams sit in our EDC at 700 Secaucus Road, right next to our HDC. HR, IT, finance and other key positions are located across our other warehouses, the ADC at 1 Emerson Lane and the SDC at Enterprise Road.

Secaucus is a quick, 10-minutes-flat train ride from Penn Station in Manhattan on NJ Transit or a short bus trip in as little as 20 minutes from Port Authority.
