What are Century 21 Department Stores C21 Mobile Alerts?
Century 21 Department Stores/C21 Mobile Alerts are SMS (“text”) messages that are sent to opted-in users that contain informational content for Century 21 Department Stores customers. Examples of the types of messages you may receive include, but are not limited to:
- Promotions for use in-store or online
- Alerts regarding public store events
- Exclusive or early access to events or promotions
- Notifications regarding exclusive contests or sweepstakes
- Loyalty program updates
- C21 Credit Card offers and program updates
- Information on fashion trends and new product arrivals
- Requests for information to better understand your customer preferences
After you join, an initial confirmation SMS message will be sent to you. You will need to confirm your participation by responding to the text confirmation and then you will be opted in to a recurring SMS program. By signing up, you will receive up to 10 Century 21 Department Stores/C21 Mobile Alerts per month. Century 21 Department Stores/C21 Mobile Alerts are not mobile spam. The service is a recurring message program.
How do I sign up for Century 21 Department Stores/C21 Mobile Alerts?
Sign up for Century 21 Department Stores/C21 Mobile Alerts by texting JOIN72 to LUVC21 (588221). After you join, an initial confirmation SMS message will be sent to you. Alerts sent via SMS may not be delivered if the mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond the control of the wireless carrier may interfere with message delivery, including the customer's equipment, terrain and proximity to buildings, foliage and weather. The wireless carrier does not guarantee that alerts will be delivered and will not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How are the messages sent?
We may use autodialer or non-autodialer technology to send the text messages described above to the mobile phone number you supply when you opt in.
