Returns Policy

At Century 21, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange up to 45 days from the purchase date (with certain exclusions). All item(s) must be in original condition, with no signs of damage or wear with all tags attached.

All gift card purchases, and items marked "FINAL SALE" are ineligible for return or exchange.

In-Store Returns

Century 21 Store purchases are eligible for returns or exchanges within 45 days of the purchase date with the original receipt.

*We reserve the right to require a photo ID and may limit returns due to unavoidable circumstances such as excessive frequency or dollar amounts. Refunds in store may take up to 3-5 business days to process. Please allow an additional 10-14 business days for your financial institution to process the refund back to your account.
